Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an Associate Scientist with hands-on experience in in vivo preclinical studies to support multiple programs utilizing engineered human chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells. The successful candidate will contribute to immune monitoring and phenotypic characterization from mouse models, supporting translational CAR-T development efforts.

Responsibilities

Support in vivo preclinical mouse studies involving engineered human CAR T cells
Perform ex vivo immune profiling from blood and tissue samples collected from preclinical mouse studies
Characterize immune parameters including cell expansion, phenotype, activation, and exhaustion
Design and execute multi-color flow cytometry panels using complex fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies
Analyze and interpret flow cytometry data using FlowJo, BD FACSDiva, and GraphPad Prism
Summarize experimental results and contribute to data presentations and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple CAR-T programs

Qualification

Multi-color flow cytometryImmunology backgroundFlowJo proficiencyGraphPad Prism proficiencyBD FACSDiva proficiencyPreclinical in vivo modelsEngineered T cell therapiesData presentation skillsCollaboration skills

Required

BS or MS in Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline
3+ years of hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry
Strong immunology background, with experience analyzing multiple human immune cell populations
Demonstrated experience evaluating immune activation and exhaustion markers
Proficiency with FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and BD FACSDiva

Preferred

Experience working with preclinical in vivo models is strongly preferred
Experience with engineered T cell therapies (CAR-T or TCR-T)
