Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement, including candidate outreach, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Focus primarily on recruiting legal professionals, including associates, partners, in-house counsel, and legal support roles
Leverage your network, job boards, social media, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to identify top candidates
Evaluate candidates for skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through comprehensive interviews
Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Maintain a strong and steady pipeline of legal talent to meet current and future client demand
Stay current with legal industry trends, hiring practices, compensation data, and competitive insights
Qualification
Required

Attorney Recruiting: Focus primarily on recruiting legal professionals, including associates, partners, in-house counsel, and legal support roles
Talent Sourcing: Leverage your network, job boards, social media, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to identify top candidates
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through comprehensive interviews
Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong and steady pipeline of legal talent to meet current and future client demand
Market Intelligence: Stay current with legal industry trends, hiring practices, compensation data, and competitive insights
Proven experience as a full-cycle Legal Recruiter or Legal Placement Sourer with a strong focus on legal placements, and Attorney recruiting or sourcing experience is required
Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote, commission-based environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and client-first approach
High level of organization, time management, and accountability
Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment and sourcing technologies
Preferred
An active LinkedIn Recruiter license is ideal
