National Director of Real Estate Contracts

The National Director of Real Estate Contracts will oversee the Regional Director and assist franchisees in securing real estate agreements for new locations.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the Regional Director of Real Estate Contracts
Assisting franchisees with consummating real estate agreements using a lease or purchase agreement for new locations
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge in the franchise industry
Commercial real estate transactional experience: retail, office and other commercial real estate primarily focused on commercial-retail real estate
Experience with commercial real estate leases, contracts, and purchase agreements
Ability to negotiate business terms of a commercial lease or purchase agreement
Excellent communication skills & ability to lead
Ability to travel 5 to 10%
Process driven and creative and innovative
Detail oriented
Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
