Administrative Assistant (40hrs)
Gosnold, Inc. is a nationally accredited non-profit leader in the prevention, treatment and recovery of mental health and substance use disorders. The Administrative Assistant PHP is responsible for welcoming and assisting patients to access care as efficiently as possible while providing general office support for various clerical activities.

Responsibilities
Assist the clinical and medical staff with their requests
Triage and process telephone calls for multiple types of patients and services
Check insurance eligibility and benefits for all patients daily
Referral tracking and authorizations
Follow established processes/procedures for handling cash receipts and completing the weekly deposit
Schedule new client referrals for multiple programs
Availability to cover all positions at the site and occasional coverage at other outpatient sites may be required
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Working experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Solid computer skills
Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 50 wpm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
A degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or Health Care Administration
