SSA Holdings is looking for a talented Sales Reconciliation Clerk to join their team. The role involves receiving and reviewing sales reports, recording sales, and providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department while maintaining strong relationships with in-unit personnel.

Responsibilities

Receive and review weekly sales reports from each branch

Record sales through Microsoft Dynamics GP

Code all sales to proper units and General Ledger accounts

Assist branches with balancing and reporting

Maintain correct documentation for sales and revisions

Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department

Maintain strong relationships with in-unit personnel and General Managers

Provide additional support to accounting team, as needed

Required

High school or equivalent

Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Two+ years of relative accounting experience

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus
