Entry, Mid LevelKTek Resourcing is seeking a UCaaS Ringcentral Analyst responsible for supporting discovery efforts related to the migration of Unified Communications services from RingCentral to Microsoft Teams. The role involves gathering technical and operational requirements, documenting current configurations, and ensuring a smooth transition for internal collaborators.

Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions with internal teams to gather requirements and assess current RC/RC Contact Center configurations
Document call flows, auto attendants, user profiles, integration, and API dependencies
Review and complete Business Requirements Documents, Letters of Agency, and user upload templates
Collaborate with RingCentral project managers to define migration scope, timelines, and resource needs
Identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
Assist in porting number coordination and user provisioning
Serve as the point of contact for discovery-related communications between Assured Partners
Coordinate with Contact Center administrators, IT support engineers, and API owners to ensure readiness
Maintain status reports and discovery logs
Provide regular updates to project leadership and escalate blockers as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of RingCentral MVP, Contact Center platforms and Microsoft TeamsPhone
Experience with UCaaS migrations into Microsoft Teams, including number porting, call flow mapping, and user provisioning
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise telephony environments
Proficient in engaging with multiple team members and prioritizing effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms and environments
Project coordination or business analyst background
