National Account Executive
Worldwide Express is seeking a National Account Executive to focus on growing their book of business by increasing volume from current customers and acquiring new accounts. The role involves solution-based selling and collaborating across various departments to achieve significant sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets
Field questions and respond to customer issues/complaints
Service existing accounts and establish new accounts
Give sales presentations, submit orders, and submit activity and results reports to superiors
Close direct sales of products and/or services to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities so these objectives are met
Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule sales activities so these targets are met
Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets
Qualification
Required
Logistics Sales Experience Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, customer service
5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Competitive and motivated mindset with a passion for new business development
High energy, with a passion for your personal brand and the ability to carry yourself like an executive
Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment
Effective verbal and written communicator with a strong business acumen and intuition
Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
Attention to detail to drive profitability
Ability to think strategically about the impact to the client's long-term business strategy
Team-oriented peer, with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player
Proven success in generating/qualifying leads through prospecting new business
