Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a project coordinator or consulting role
Ability to adapt and follow customer processes and procedures
Experience coordinating technology-based upgrades, changes, and/or procedures such as equipment, software assignments, name changes, location changes, etc
Experience communicating with stakeholders via emails, teams and presentations
Experience using an ITSM for project related tasks
