Responsibilities

Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
Possesses strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients
Demonstrates an ability to work independently and productively and shows a strong interest in advancing a career in Corporate Services
Produces quality legal work and bills the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client services
Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts
Complies with the very highest ethical standards of the legal profession

Required

4+ years of experience in reviewing employee benefit plans, agreements and compensation programs for merger and acquisition transactions
Assisting in the design, implementation and advising on employee benefits and executive compensation programs for businesses and organizations of various sizes and structures
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements

Preferred

4+ years' experience assisting in designing, implementing and advising on employee benefits plans, executive plans and other transactional work
Substantial experience in drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documents
Prior experience working at a law firm is a plus
