Responsibilities

Define product strategy and value proposition aligned with company objectives and market trends

Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify value drivers and anticipate industry evolutions

Analyze customer needs, competitive environment, and technical trends to inform product innovation

Validate business models, go-to-market strategies, and pricing principles

Build, prioritize, and maintain a transparent product backlog

Communicate backlog refinements and roadmap updates to stakeholders

Evaluate and challenge incoming requests to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

Develop release plans considering technology, feasibility, budget, and resources

Act as the voice of the customer within the Agile Squad

Support sprint execution by removing obstacles and ensuring process efficiency

Balance trade-offs between budget, schedule, product cost, quality, and time-to-market

Incorporate design principles for safety, reliability, and robustness

Lead and motivate the Squad, fostering a collaborative environment

Provide transparency and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders

Review Agile processes for continuous improvement and celebrate team successes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)

8+ years in Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Customer Project Management

5+ years in product development/management or 3+ years on an Agile team

Expertise in Medium or Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and related applications

Strong understanding of circuit breakers and ETO supply chain

Proven ability to present to customers and senior leaders, and make strategic decisions

Experience leading teams in a matrix environment

Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
