Responsibilities
Review, coordinate, and obtain approvals to prepare international accounts payable invoices for payment processing. Code and/or input for payment
Review and process expense reports utilizing Certify software
Maintain a strong relationship with our external accounting and legal service providers who support our international operations
Assist in reconciliation of foreign entity financial information to corporate accounting records
Provide support as needed for internal and external audits
Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required
This position requires work to be performed on-site four days per week, with up to one day per week working from home possible after training period
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Company-paid background check, including credit check, required upon hire
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or similar field
Six or more months related experience
