Responsibilities
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs effectively
Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
