This role involves assisting with water, fire, mold, and biohazard remediation, as well as maintaining equipment and providing customer service during stressful situations.

Responsibilities

Assist with water, fire, mold, and biohazard remediation
Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying and remediation equipment
Load, prep, and maintain company vans and equipment
Perform demolition and material removal when required
Take photos and job notes using mobile software
Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
Maintain warehouse and equipment cleanliness

Qualification

IICRC CertificationsCustomer service skillsPhysical laborSmartphone proficiencyPunctuality

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Willingness to work on-call rotations (scheduled in advance)
