Responsibilities
Support the management and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Work closely with the Productivity Tools team to boost communication and collaboration throughout the organization
Integrate solutions with Microsoft Services and external systems through APIs or custom connectors
Provide third-level support, addressing complex issues and managing change effectively
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to uphold best practices
Stay informed on technical advancements related to collaboration tools and share knowledge with the team
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform with over 3 years of experience in Microsoft M365 engineering and support
Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation for enhancing processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Effective communication skills to guide technical direction and collaborate with team members
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft AI solutions and familiarity with other collaboration tools
Understanding of ITSM functions and processes, particularly with ServiceNow
Experience working in Agile environments and adapting to changing business priorities
