Sales Executive (Fiber Design & Integration)
Rise Technical is a growing fiber design and integration company delivering high-value services to large fiber construction and managed service providers. The Sales Executive will take ownership of an untapped territory, driving new business and building long-term accounts in the rapidly expanding fiber-to-the-home market.
Responsibilities
Sell fiber network design and active network integration services to large fiber construction companies and MSPs
Hunter-focused new business sales with a strong reputation for bespoke fiber design solutions
Average deal size $200,000 with a 1–3 month sales cycle
Empowered environment with no-micromanagement
Report directly to the UK Sales Director for guidance and support
National travel as required
Solve client talent shortages and delivery bottlenecks, helping FTTH projects deliver faster, more efficiently, and at lower cost
Qualification
Required
Experience selling fiber design and active network integration solutions
A hunter sales mentality with a proven track record in new business development
Strong industry knowledge of companies building FTTH networks through Managed Service Providers or fiber construction companies
Experience selling bespoke/custom services, such as fiber network design or fiber integration (active networks)
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Motivated to succeed in a rapidly growing industry, with the opportunity to maximize earnings in a small but expanding business
