Responsibilities

Month-End Close: Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Expense Management: Review and analyze T&E activity using Concur to ensure compliance with company policies
Financial Reporting: Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Process Improvement: Streamline accounting procedures and enhance internal controls for greater efficiency
Audit Support: Assist with annual audits and maintain adherence to GAAP and company accounting standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within product-based or operationally focused industries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite), with required experience in Concur for expense management and reporting
Solid understanding of GAAP, month-end close processes, and cost or inventory accounting concepts
Detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced hybrid environment
