Responsibilities

Providing leadership across TEi, its vendors, and its subcontractors to lead the Project Team to successful project completion

Ensuring TEi achieves the commercial obligations within the contract

Keeping the organization on track to the baseline schedule

Preparing and presenting a trued-up budget each month to C-level Management

Identifying and mitigating project risk

Providing periodic progress reporting and project status to TEi stakeholders and the client

Serving as the primary interface between TEi and the customer

Managing the change order process to confirm scope changes and drive revenue
