They are seeking a Video Content Creator Intern to produce engaging videos that guide customers through various processes related to their products, working closely with the technical documentation team and customer support to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Ramp into creating 1-3 technical videos a week
Implement strategies to improve channel growth
Plan, storyboard, and script upcoming videos
Assist video production lead with content creation periodically
Bonus points: motion graphics
Qualification
Required
Portfolio showing several examples of video content you have produced
Can translate technical guides into engaging video content
Experience with video production in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
Experience with storyboarding and planning videos based on existing content
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Organized and capable of managing multiple video projects
Comfortable receiving and acting on feedback on video content
Preferred
Bonus points: motion graphics
