Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
LHH is seeking a strategic recruiter for the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant – Intermediate. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried, non-clinical roles and partnering with business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake and job posting to sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
Build consultative relationships with business leaders, providing strategic advice and market intelligence
Apply disciplined project management to handle high-volume requisition flows and meet deadlines
Implement advanced passive sourcing strategies and process improvements to attract top talent
Assist with workforce planning and apply compensation knowledge to create competitive offers
Maintain best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience (3–5 years)
Strong understanding of compensation structures, HR regulations, and employment law (FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
Proven success with passive sourcing techniques and recruitment process optimization
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and applicant tracking systems
5–10 years of recruitment experience in a matrixed organization; healthcare experience preferred
Experience with internet sourcing and modern recruiting strategies
