Responsibilities
Coordinate return to office scheduling with admins / employees
Prepare workstations / work environment for employees returning to work
Assist with hardware set up services (no repairs), can include some sanitization
Assist with setup of computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations at the desks / office
Assist with connecting to the client network (internal and wireless)
Perform post-setup testing to ensure proper functionality
Expedite support for related requests and issues
Provide deskside support for all end user computing
Assist with plug and play set up issues, headset / phone set up, connecting to printers
Reimage devices as needed
Qualification
Required
Great customer service skills
Ability to coordinate return to office scheduling with admins/employees
Experience in preparing workstations/work environment for employees returning to work
Ability to assist with hardware set up services (no repairs), including some sanitization
Experience in assisting with setup of computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations at the desks/office
Ability to assist with connecting to the client network (internal and wireless)
