Responsibilities

Supports Health Division initiatives with the goal to deepen relationships with community partners, affiliates, municipal leaders, stakeholders, and others in an effort to improve the quality of life for all ages living in Rhode Island

Assist with funding opportunities and staff development targeted on improving health and wellness in alignment with the Health Division goals and objectives and overall FSRI strategic plan

Qualification

Independent clinical licensureProgram management experienceBilingual in SpanishLeadership skillsMedical record softwareWord-processing softwareDatabase softwareCommunication skillsRelationship-building abilities

Required

Independent clinical licensure required: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC

Experience in program management, including cross-functional collaboration and oversight

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, particularly in managing interns or early-career professionals

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently at a high-level

Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs

Flexible schedule with some evenings required

Ability to work independently and part of a team

Ability to lift up to 20lbs

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay

Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay
