Business Development Representative (BDR) - Service Dept
Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte is looking for a proactive, customer-first BDC Service Representative to join our growing service department. This role serves as a key connection point between customers and service departments, ensuring smooth and positive interactions throughout the service process.

Responsibilities
Responding promptly to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms
Gathering customer information and understanding service needs or concerns
Scheduling service appointments based on customer availability and service department capacity
Coordinating closely with service advisors and technicians to maximize efficiency
Confirming and reminding customers of upcoming service appointments
Following established BDC processes and best practices
Delivering a consistently positive and professional customer experience
Supporting additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Comfort using CRM systems and service-related software
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
