Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incident tickets for assigned modules/databases through ServiceNow. Ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level expectations
Serve as a functional expert for troubleshooting and problem-solving; provide guidance to customers on interpreting information
Maintain a strong understanding of assigned applications and related technologies; stay current with industry trends
Lead application upgrades, including reviewing enhancement notes, testing, and vendor coordination
Perform project planning, feasibility analysis, and implementation strategies; communicate updates clearly and concisely
Share knowledge with team members and mentor colleagues as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
Minimum of five (5) + years of professional experience within a Learning Management System (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, HealthStream, Lippincott or other related LMS systems
Interpersonal Skills: Builds effective relationships
Collaboration: Encourages teamwork
Planning & Prioritization: Sets clear objectives, anticipates challenges, and focuses on critical priorities
Results Driven: Consistently exceeds goals and pushes for high performance

Experience with Workday preferred
