Responsibilities
Identify and deliver AI-powered features that enhance corporate applications and user experience
Design end-to-end AI architecture integrated with enterprise systems; embed AI capabilities into SDLC phases and automate workflows
Build agentic AI solutions for multi-step workflows using approved frameworks and platforms
Drive domain-specific model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation for enterprise use cases
Apply existing AI guardrails, security, and governance policies while implementing solutions
Partner with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives and mentor development teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
8+ years in software development and enterprise architecture; 3+ years in AI/ML roles with hands-on work in generative AI, agentic workflows, and custom model development
Expertise in AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, agentic architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS); strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies
Preferred
Certifications in AI/ML or product management
