Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for software engineering, technical roles, and GTM functions (Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success), ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience
Strategic Partnership: Partner with EPD and GTM leadership to develop a deep understanding of hiring needs, quickly assessing priorities and determining ideal candidate profiles
Pipeline Velocity: Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines through various channels, including passive sourcing, networking, and referrals, with an emphasis on rapid sourcing
Inclusive Recruiting: Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and diverse sourcing strategies to ensure we are reaching the best talent in the market
Process Improvement: Help improve our recruiting process, documentation, tooling, and talent market intelligence to turn startup ambiguity into a well-defined machine
Closing & Influence: Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach candidates through the entire process, while influencing leadership decision-making

Required

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to recruit top-tier Software Engineering talent
Proven ability to recruit GTM leadership (Sales, SE, CS) within the enterprise software and/or SaaS industry
Past experience and success building teams at a venture-backed enterprise SaaS company
Comfortable working within the ambiguity of a small, growing startup
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates
Experience in market mapping
Experience navigating high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced environments
Passion for story-telling
Ability to explain complex technical and business concepts in a clear, succinct, and concrete way
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands and aggressive hiring goals
Collaborative communicator
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to push back or influence change when needed
