Responsibilities
Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project manager to gather technical information and understand project requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and release notes
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Keep documentation up to date with software updates and changes and manage version control
Conduct regular quality assurance checks on documentation to ensure its accuracy and relevance
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing documentation, policies/procedures, and/or system requirements
Ability to collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and release notes
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in reviewing and editing existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Ability to keep documentation up to date with software updates and changes and manage version control
Experience in conducting regular quality assurance checks on documentation to ensure its accuracy and relevance
