Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial strategy across Treasury and Controller functions to maximize stakeholder value

Advise senior leadership and the board with financial insights, sensitivities, and strategic recommendations

Oversee financial policies and frameworks that improve decision-making and operational efficiency

Direct long- and short-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and industry trends to identify risks, variances, and opportunities

Develop scenario analyses and evaluate capital structure and financing strategies to support growth

Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and the board

Drive cross-functional financial planning and foster collaboration across the organization

Partner with internal teams to assess initiatives and quantify financial impact using data-driven approaches
