Responsibilities
Build strong attorney-client relationships
Own and work up litigation docket for trial
Tell the client’s story, take depositions, argue motions, settle cases, and take cases to trial
Partner with Pre-Litigation team for cases needing transition
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Colorado
Minimum of 2 years in litigation, with at least 1 year focused on personal injury cases
Proven ability to manage a full caseload of auto-related PI cases with minimal supervision
Demonstratable trial experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Highly organized with strong case management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred
Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
