Retail Options is seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This role involves creative design and technical execution, taking products from concept through production in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products
Create CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
Prepare factory-ready artwork and tech packs
Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dips
Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required

3–5 years minimum of product, textile, or home design experience
