Responsibilities

Follows and adheres to all Probo Medical and OSHA safety policies and regulations

Performs and logs daily safety checks

100% ESD compliance when handling parts

Resolves system issues by performing electronic and mechanical repairs where needed

Installs software application programs

Physically removes parts from imaging systems using a variety of tools and methods

Properly identifies parts from systems using parts manuals, online resources, and historical system information

Ensures all recoverable parts are properly removed and logged in Salesforce

Performs secondary quality checks on repaired/tested parts

Manages parts exchanges

Ensures quality through proper removal

Ability to disassemble and rebuild ultrasounds to properly remove/repair to OEM specifications

Collaborate with other departments, regarding issues with equipment

Ensures area is ready for audits, by maintaining the area to ISO 13485 Standards

Provide onsite repairs when needed with guidance from technical support
