Responsibilities

Collecting various sample types (with phlebotomy as the primary mode of collection)
Processing patient orders for testing
Following laboratory procedures for specimen handling
Providing collection instructions to patients for urinalysis, stool, and other sample types
Performing moderately complex testing at satellite clinics as needed
Exhibiting a high level of trust in abilities to put patients at ease and provide a safe, warm and pleasant experience

Qualification

Phlebotomy experienceComputer knowledgeOrganizational skillsEPIC system experienceHigh school diploma

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years detailed work environment with proven organizational skills, and high level of computer knowledge
Phlebotomy experience/training needed
Ability to travel to satellite clinics in Turtle Lake, Clear Lake and Luck as needed

Preferred

Experience in EPIC computer system
