Automotive Sales Manager
Berlin City Auto Group is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to guide their high-performing team. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve dealership performance goals.

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve monthly sales, profit, and CSI goals
Recruit, train, coach, and retain top-performing Sales Associates
Actively engage in daily operations, including desking deals and appraising trades
Oversee customer negotiation and ensure clear communication of purchase options and pricing
Collaborate with leadership to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory
Analyze sales data to identify trends, shortfalls, and opportunities for improvement
Manage controllable expenses and support dealership profitability goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of automotive retail sales or management experience
Strong computer and CRM proficiency
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening
Authorization to work in the U.S
