Quality Assurance – Process & Documentation Analyst (8629)
Patricio Enterprises is seeking a Quality Assurance – Process & Documentation Analyst to support the QA department by documenting, reviewing, and improving business processes. This role focuses on process mapping, workflow documentation, and quality controls to ensure processes are clear, consistent, and auditable.

Responsibilities
Document current-state business processes using Visio workflow diagrams
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related QA documentation
Conduct process walk-throughs with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify process gaps, redundancies, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
Support QA audits, internal reviews, and quality assessments
Ensure documentation aligns with internal QA standards and compliance requirements
Maintain version control and documentation repositories
Assist with future-state process design and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide clear, concise documentation suitable for training and onboarding purposes
Qualification
Required
Strong process analysis and documentation skills
Experience working within structured, controlled environments
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Experience creating process maps or flow diagrams (Visio preferred)
Background in finance, operations, compliance, audit, or process improvement
Familiarity with QA frameworks, internal controls, or risk management concepts
Exposure to ISO, SOP governance, or regulated environments
