Responsibilities
Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures and contacting hosting parties
Engage visitors and client employees in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner
Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills
Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities
Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized, and reflects brand standards
Proactively anticipate the Client's needs and concerns; identify issues and deliver creative solutions
Ensure visitor adherence to sign-in requirement and security protocols
Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no security incident or disruption to the Client's operations occur
Issue building access credentials, both temporary and permanent, to visitors, vendors and client employees as requested or needed
Implement and monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectations
Assist with video investigations by reviewing video footage when requested
Monitor supplies at coffee stations and order/re-stock as needed
Order building consumable and office supplies as requested
Apply postage to mail, disperse mail, and perform related tasks
Assist with reservations of shared resources (i.e., meeting rooms and pool car) as needed
Anticipate and resolve problems associated with mail services, coffee services, and meeting room reservations
Update digital signage with visitor or other information as needed
Create workspace name plates for new associates
Maintain accurate seating chart of office associates
Work collaboratively within the facility management team
Assist with creating, receiving, and dispatching work orders to staff or external service providers
Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of services
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1- 2 years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience

Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities
Excellent Communicator: Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally through the spoken and written word. Fluency in English required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy
Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages
