They are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Set-up Technician to program, set up, and operate CNC equipment in accordance with good manufacturing practices to support the fabrication of medical components.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures

Review production schedule to align with company goals and customer deliverables

Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity

Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, and servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to avoid machine or process breaks down

Maintain maintenance logs of equipment serviced

Communicates and works cross-functionally with internal teams as needed

Follows all company procedures and protocols

Provide guidance and training to other technicians or production associates
