Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of improvement initiatives across different touchpoints in the logistics journey

Contribute ideas and innovative solutions for optimizing operating unit experiences

Utilize appropriate data analysis methods, tools, and reports to predict, prevent, and support the resolution of on-time delivery efficiency issues and roadblocks

Support development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures

Assist in tracking KPIs and project metrics to assist in project performance evaluation and decision-making

Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs

Required

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)

Pursuing a degree in Logistics Operations, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced preferred)

Strong focus on Continuous Improvement

Strong oral and written communication skills

Solid organizational skills

Creative mindset

Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred

Experience with analytical tools preferred (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, ect)

Experience with Six Sigma Practices: Green or Black Belt preferred

Experience as a group or project lead preferred

Experience with or knowledge of lean manufacturing preferred
