Responsibilities
Preparing detailed settlement statements in compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy at every step
Reviewing and clearing title requirements, collaborating with underwriters, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure that transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently
Collaborating closely with management, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, retain clients, and secure new business opportunities
Guiding and training escrow assistants, fostering a productive and supportive environment within the branch
Representing the company at industry events, continuing professional development through ongoing education, and staying adaptable in a rapidly changing industry
Qualification
Required
Complete fluency in Spanish and English sufficient to conduct escrow and title transactions is required
A minimum of 2 years escrow experience is required
Candidates should have a current book of business to be considered
In-depth knowledge of title insurance and escrow processes
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
