We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Manager System Implementation to oversee the successful onboarding, implementation, data migration, and management of client ERP deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP deployment projects, including implementation planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support
Manage data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency between legacy and target systems
Coordinate across functional teams and client stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables
Identify risks, manage issues, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Drive process improvements and automation opportunities in accounting and finance workflows
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles

Required

5+ years of experience in ERP or accounting software implementation, preferably with platforms such as NetSuite, Intacct, Workday, or similar
Experience implementing for SaaS companies or with subscription management softwares such as SuiteBilling or Zone Advanced Billing
Strong understanding of accounting workflows, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
Proven ability to lead multiple client projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience managing direct reports
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
A hands-on mindset and willingness to dive deep into client challenges and creative solution design
