Responsibilities

Design and drive the implementation of next generation IT solutions in alignment with overall IT and Business strategic direction

Work with IT and Business partners to gather and document business requirements and translate them to design solutions

Oversee and address customer issues/tickets by performing root cause analysis and eliminate repeat problems

Act as a consultant for new or existing technologies, processes or solutions that contributes toward the realization of domain strategies

Manage medium to large projects within the team and across multiple application domains
