CHA Development Associate

Responsibilities

Provide operational and project support as directed, including data collection, analysis, and production of donor materials such as donor reports, presentations and marketing materials
Support the delivery of fundraising and engagement activities with key donors
Provide high-touch hospitality and customer service to key supporters
Work independently and autonomously

Required

Bachelor's degree or related experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in two or more of the following areas: fundraising, event planning, direct mail marketing, donor stewardship or development, volunteer management, client management or business development
2-3 years' experience in a nonprofit development, volunteer management or communication
Positive attitude, quick learner, proactive problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability and willingness to take on increased responsibility
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both as a team player and independently
Ability to work well under pressure, maintain deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects
Computer proficiency and knowledge of social media platforms
Commitment to the organization's mission

Preferred

Experience with CRM and/or donor database
Experience or education in Marketing or Communications
