Human Resources Payroll Manager
Robert Half is seeking a HR Generalist with strong payroll experience to join their team. This role focuses on payroll processing, reporting, and maintaining employee records while supporting various HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments
Assist with HR administrative tasks including employee records management
Prepare and manage HR-related reports as required
Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis
Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues
Support other HR functions as needed, including benefits administration and compliance
Qualification
Required
Proven payroll experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Ultipro is a plus
