Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing book of business including health, Medicare, and life insurance products
Represent multiple insurance companies to provide clients with tailored solutions
Focus on Medicare sales during the fall season and life insurance sales during off-peak periods
Assist clients turning 65 with Medicare enrollment and related services
Provide quotes for new and renewal business as needed
Maintain accurate records and utilize agency management software for account management
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Active L&H and Medicare licenses (required)
Proven experience in health and Medicare insurance sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in-office during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
