Action Labor and Staffing Connection is seeking an experienced Staffing Operations Manager to lead their on-demand staffing operations. This role involves managing daily operational activities, ensuring service delivery to clients, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for on-demand staffing services, including order management, worker deployment, and client communication
Coordinate with branch managers, recruiters and operations staff to ensure adequate staffing levels meet client demands
Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
Conduct on-site visits to client locations and branch offices as needed to assess operations and provide support
Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies across all locations
Manage time and attendance systems, payroll processing workflows, and billing accuracy
Serve as escalation point for operational issues, resolving problems quickly and professionally
Train and support branch staff on operational procedures, best practices, and technology platforms
Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports on key performance indicators
Support implementation of new systems, processes, and operational improvements
Assist with opening new locations or client accounts as business expands
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in staffing operations, preferably in on-demand, light industrial, or skilled trades staffing
Strong understanding of staffing industry workflows, compliance requirements, and safety standards
Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 50%) to branch locations and client sites
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and staffing/ATS platforms
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred
Experience with TempWorks software platform (WebCenter, Enterprise, or related modules)
Background in industrial safety, workers' compensation, or HR compliance
