Responsibilities
Design, train, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges
Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and extract meaningful insights
Implement AI solutions including NLP and computer vision applications, leveraging pre-trained models and vector databases
Create informative features from raw data to improve model performance and interpretability
Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Monitor model performance in production, identify data drift, and iterate to improve accuracy and reduce bias
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, physics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
2–5 years of experience in a data-centric role such as data analyst, data scientist, or research assistant
Proficiency in Python and ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
ML and AI: Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Statsmod, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Anthropic APIs
Data Manipulation: Pandas, NumPy, SQL
Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
