Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Shopify-related production issues
Understand Shopify system recommendations and independently handle minor backend configurations
Coordinate with engineering teams for larger or complex technical changes
Manage stakeholder communications and work closely with business teams to gather and clarify requirements
Support product planning and contribute to the product roadmap in partnership with client leadership
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform
Balance technical understanding with product and business priorities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus
Ability to perform light backend configurations (admin settings, app configurations, integrations)
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Program Management
Strong understanding of how e-commerce platforms operate
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
A mix of technical and product mindset (coding not mandatory)
Preferred
Prior experience working closely with engineering teams
Experience leading or supporting Shopify implementations or programs
Familiarity with e-commerce integrations and third-party Shopify apps
