They are seeking a Memory Support Program Director to plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Memory Support Program, ensuring the highest level of care for residents with dementia.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidenced-based dementia care practices while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident and family satisfaction

Oversees direct reports and delegates aspects of resident care to licensed and unlicensed staff consistent with their scope of practice and in accordance with the Memory Support Program Philosophy and Standards of Care

Develop and maintain a quality program which therapeutically addresses the needs of residents with dementia and their family members

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, and standards of care

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Social Work, Nursing, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology or other related field is required
