Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement for critical equipment, construction, and professional services

Develop long-term sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and governance programs that enable scalability and performance

Oversee OFCI equipment planning, vendor negotiations, and contract execution to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

Collaborate closely with Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance teams to align procurement with capital planning and business growth

Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Required

15+ years of procurement experience within data center, telecom, or mission-critical infrastructure industries, including 5+ years in senior leadership

Expertise managing large-scale OFCI spend ($1B+ cumulative) and negotiating complex contracts and supplier agreements

Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, transformers, etc.)

Proven experience building vendor management frameworks and driving measurable cost, delivery, and quality outcomes

Bachelor's degree required
