Responsibilities
Oversee field operations across multiple active projects
Lead, mentor, and develop project superintendents and field staff
Enforce safety programs and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company standards
Drive master schedules, phasing plans, and site logistics
Maintain quality control standards across all projects
Coordinate with project managers to resolve field issues impacting cost, schedule, or scope
Support preconstruction with constructability reviews, logistics planning, and scheduling input
Establish and enforce consistent field procedures and best practices
Serve as senior field representative with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors
Qualification
Required
15+ years of construction experience with significant time in superintendent leadership roles
Strong background in design-build and commercial construction
Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Deep knowledge of field operations, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Experience leading teams and holding field staff accountable
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience working in Southern California markets
Background in large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mixed-use projects
Proficiency with construction scheduling and field technology tools
