New Grad, Entry LevelWaters Hardware is seeking a highly dependable Rental Associate to work in their rental department. The role involves coordinating and maintaining all activities related to rentals, including customer relationship management and equipment handling.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships
Answer incoming phone calls and provide rental rates and quotes
Check rentals in and out each day and maintain contract files and rental reservations
Write rental contracts on a PC program
Schedule pick-up and/or delivery of rental equipment and load/unload equipment
Qualification
Required
Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights and weekends
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer-based concepts quickly
Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
Good driving record, some delivery and pick-ups
Engage in discussions with customers related to the proper equipment based on customers' needs
Knowledge of, or be able to learn about all rental equipment, including operation, application, capabilities, and limitations
Knowledge of routine maintenance and troubleshooting requirements of all rental equipment
Aptitude/general knowledge of small engines
Ability to perform light tune-ups, oil changes, and small parts replacement on rental equipment
