Responsibilities

Global SAP Admin - Responsible for the Global management and maintenance of SAP

Escalated/Chronic Issue Resolution - Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related queries and issues. Providing expert-level support for SAP modules

IT Training Program - Building and conducting training programs for end-users to enhance their SAP & general IT proficiency

System Enhancements - Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement SAP enhancements and other system upgrades. Participate in SAP implementations and new system rollouts

Data Analytics - Creating and maintaining reports both pre-canned and custom Fiori SAP reports

Internal Audit & Monitoring - Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of system controls, ensuring compliance with IT policies and proactively identifying risks. This includes documenting findings, preparing audit reports, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to enhance system security and efficiency

IT Controls - Develop/maintain documentation for IT processes & procedures

System Monitoring - Monitor J&V systems performance, user access, changes and overseeing corrective actions

Data Integrity - Ensure data integrity and security within the IT environment focusing on accuracy and availability

User Base Access Reviews - Maintain globalized role based privileges and access

Global IT Roadmap - Oversee execution of the global IT roadmap across all regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and cost optimization

Global IT Budget - Collaborate with regional finance and operational teams to consolidate budget inputs and ensure accuracy

Source New IT Requests - Source new IT requests by gathering requirements from stakeholders to address technology needs and support business objectives

System Deployment - Lead the installation, configuration, and activation of new software or hardware systems to ensure they meet user requirements
